CYANISTES
(Paridae; Azure Tit C. cyanus) Gr. κυανιζω kuanizō  to be dark-blue in colour; "Blaumeise. Cyanistes*) (Parus cyaneus et coeruleus.)  E[ntwickelung]. Wie bei Parus, Acredula, Lophophanes.   Ch[arakter]. Meisen mit kurzem Schwanz und zum Theil himmelblau gefärbtem Gefieder.   L[ebensart].
