(Thraupidae; Ϯ Cinereous Conebill C. cinereum) L. conus  cone; rostrum  bill; "G. CONIROSTRUM. Nob.   Hoc novum genus a duobus præcedentibus [Serrirostrum, Coereba], rostro rectissimo, conico, compresso valde discrepans, attamen pedibus, alis, moribusque mellivoris illis affine videtur generisque Dacnis æque vicinum est.   1.
